[Resolved] Reliance Digital — Worst ever service with zero communication | |||||
My name is sunil agrawal i purchased a aoc led tv from reliance digital on date-30-oct-2014 Delivery note number-[protected] sales order no-[protected] pos no[protected] Tv Serial number is HE3E6KA002122 Which is under 2year warranty. On date 10th jan 2016, tv screen problem started. So i logged a complaint to aoc customer care on 12th jan 2016, complaint number[protected] The technical person visited & told me that there is an inbuilt defect & kindly replace it from the point of purchase (Reliance Digital) On asking for replacement they informed that they don't have any such provision. in between 30 days has been passed & I m running from pillar to post to get my problem solved. But no effective result has been derived...neither from AOC Nor from Reliance Digital. so I request u Don't Deals with these companies... Was this information helpful? | |||||
