Dear nodal officer, this is vijay balakrishna rao, consumer account no.[protected], sir i facing over billing problems since long, and i have lodged complaints about billing issues in your local billing department, generating bills without taking any readings of meter, i done this many time
But no reply, the last complaint lodged on 5th may 2017, visited personally and informed about the issues and the officer replayed that he will send someone to check and solve, since no reply for the same, how can i pay the dues without slowing my issues, why should i pay the over-billing charges, but ones when my bill get overdue your employees will come and get disconnect my power supply, my intention is not to over due the bills because that will put more burden on me, so please kindly resolve my problems and please let me pay my dues on time, hope you will take my complaint seriously and will help to solve my problems as early as, thanking you with waiting for the positive reply...
