Reliance Energy — high bill meter reading

I am getting too much bill since last 4 months it has shoot up to 3 times as it was coming 400 to 500 now directly it jumped to 1300 & so... Even though our consumption is less and most of the time we are out of town yet the bill is coming more please check the meter readings and kindly do the needful steps
