Reliance Energy — out standing amount showing even after paying electricity bill through amazon pay | |||||
This is with reference to my Consumer No[protected] for which I have paid Rs 780 through Amazon pay on 15th September 2018. But still the outstanding amount in showing on Adani Electricity website or Paytm. My Transaction Reference Number is BD[protected]. I spoke with Adani, they are saying that no payment is received at their end. I have attcahed the Payment voucher which clearly says "Your payment is successful" Was this information helpful? | |||||

This is to inform you that the above referred shop was closed since 1st August 2018 as the shop is vacated and July 2018. The Bill rec'd for Rs1520/- whereas the minimum charge bill to be rec'd.we shall pay the bill after getting revised bill.
