My Account #[protected] in the name of Hitendra Jadhav . i am facing over billing problems since last 3 months .My Bill use to come[protected] max every month till 3 months back. But in the last Three months, it shooted up to[protected] above. I complaint at the customer care several times, but they give me “its summer time” excuse. I request you to pls look into this matter seriously .
This is unbelievable and unrealistic to consume so much energy in a span of a month .We are just Three people staying in one BHK house. We all are working class people, we hardly even are at home. We have very limited consumption . a one BHK bill for one month should not be this much. it's just not possible to consume so much of energy in a month.
Pls check if meter is faulty then change it and reverse my last 3 months additional amount.
Kindly have a look at this and do the needful at the earliest.
