Reliance Energy — Too much electricity bill | |||||
Shocked to see my electricity bill of a/c no[protected]. Recently shifted to new appratment and initially bill amount was not more than rs 200, for d m/o april bill amnt is 2250/-. This is unbelievable and unrealistic to consume so much energy in a span of a month. We r working couple and not at home for entire week so no much of consumption. Not having ac at home and use barely any electric appliances. It's just not possible to consume so much of energy in a month. Trying to generate complaint thru customer care toll free no but they just don't answer and call is being kept on wait. Like a responsible citizen we make sure we don't waste electricity by keeping appliance on without not in use. We must get fare bill and as per our consumption.
