My home bill amount for the month of aug 2017 is showing me 8 times of my monthly bill average. The units consumed are as below for last 8 months are as follows:
Dec-16 230 units
Jan-17 215 units
Feb-17 233 units
Mar-17 266 units
April-17 243 units
May - 17 235 units
June -17 235 units
July -17 550 units (Can't become double) i would understand an increase of 100-150units as you would call it a high summer month.
Aug -17 1422 units (Impossible)
I have not consumed the electricity of my neighbouring houses on my floor that it can go up to those many units in a month's time?!? That's downright outrageous and unreasonable!!
Plus the compliant has been very conveniently closed saying the technician came on 29th aug when mumbai was sinking and next time the technician came for meter reading and found the premise closed! How can a residential place be closed?! Did the man turn up at odd hours of the night? What sort of alibis are you guys making here?! My compliant is not yet resolved and it's already time for the next bill cycle!?
Plus the customer care people don't even know basic english?? To top it up they can barely hear you in-spite of one talking on top of their lungs!! I guess you need to get your phone lines checked!
