[Resolved] Reliance Fresh — amount deducted twice has not paid back | |||
I have purchased almond for 349/- in Reliance Fresh on 24th Jan 2018. I gave my Citibank debit card for paying the amount. I got confirmation message from Citibank. Since the counter person couldn't get the printout, she asked for another card. I gave my SBI card. I got confirmation message from SBI. Also she got the printout of confirmation. After this she said the amount deducted from Citibank will get reversed. But, so far it has not happened. The team has raised a complaint. But looks like no one from reliance team is closing the complaint. I am not sure how many days will it take. As per initial statement from the team it should get closed in 4 days time. Now it is almost 2 weeks. I have attached the snapshot of the bank statements here. This happened with Reliance Fresh Raghuvana Halli branch, Bangalore. What stops for them to take action on this? Why are they waiting for 2 weeks to close the complaint? For what are they waiting for? This is not acceptable. Almost I have made around 10 calls to them so far. Feb 7, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They have given back the amount and suggested to get it reversed from Bank and then revert back the amount. The amount is reversed back by the Bank and the I have reverted back to reliance fresh. Reliance Fresh customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
