Reliance Fresh — Amount not refund | |||
Hi, my name is Karuppuraja. I purchased some items of rs. 285 on reliance fresh, sai nagar, chennai on[protected] by using Sudexo meal pass card. First time they swiped my card that time they says card declined but I received a message that 285 rs has been debited from your sudexo. I informed them about this message but they says amount will be return to your account with in 3 days. Second time swiped the same card and complete my purchase. Now the amount was not return to my sudexo account. Yesterday I reach the shop and tell about this matter, they says amount was not credited to reliance fresh account.
