Reliance Fresh — bill amount charged twice due to credit card error | |||
I have made a purchase on 19/5/2018 around 1.10pm for rs 230.50 at anna nagar west outlet. My sbi credit card swipe failed and the counter girl charged me cash. I got a debit in my credit card account. Sbi confirmed that the same amount was credited to reliance account on 21st. I have complained to reliance on 21st and they say they are not able to find the cr card payment in their system. Please forward to reliance for resolving the issue asap. Thanks.
