Reliance Fresh — came with empty handed due to no change in reliance fresh

I'm a reliance fresh card holder and regular customer of your company. On 11 april 19 at around 2120 hrs i picked some groceries from the reliance fresh outlet in 104 area vizag but returned with empty handed as your sales boy refused to sell due to non availability of change currencies.. When i tried to meet the retail manager, nobody was there to help me out. Someone namely naidu was present there but was very unamicable and didn't even respond to me. Finally i had to return with empty hand. I'm sure if you will not make sure good deal with your consumers, i won't even visit any of your branch and will circulate the message how your people deal with customers
