[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — Cashback not received - JIOMART


My registered number is [protected].

This is in regards to 10%cash back offer on HDFC credit card in the month of July2020. I have done a purchase of Rs.1193.15, but still no cashback credited to my card account.

For your reference I have attached the snapshot with highlighted amount.

I registered a complaint (no [protected]) on 14th October 2020, but then also no such reply yet from JIOMART. I have been informed that the complaint will be resolved in 48hrs, but its almost 6days, and no such reply yet. They are not fulfilling the commitment made to customers and also fooling the customers.

I request you to kindly take serious action against the jiomart.
