This mail is in regard your Reliance Mall, Jamnagar, Opp. Ayurveda University Jamnagar
Earlier also there were many issues in your so called Mall, which is no more a Mall but a Baniya Shop, there are few point as follows.
1.There is no parking for customer vehicles.
2.On asking for parking security says to park the vehicle on road side.
3.Employees are uncultured.
4.Customer making purchase for Rs. 3500/- or more or trolley full are treated like thief.
5.If self service customers are Thief (you don’t have faith on them) you provide them material on counter as per customers requirement.
http://6.JIO is nice solution but 50% of the material is not available after successful completion of order and balance is refunded.
7.Customers are asked to go back and put back the item which can not be billed.
8.Customer above the age of 50 when requested for help they being told to do it themselves.
9.Customer making purchase is asked to empty the counter by themselves even if the purchase is more than of one trolley and he is not able handle the situation.
10.For entry customer has to first keep the vehicle some where on the road than go to cellar for entry & the funny thing exist is from other end, which is in opposite direction of entry, so now customer has to leave trolley unattended bring the vehicle if police has not locked and if Rikshaw/ Auto Rikshaw have not blocked the road, other wise you can not load your purchases to you vehicle easily.
http://11.My average annual purchase from your mall is approx. 1 (One) Lakh. Which has no value against your turnover, so I think I shall stop going to your mall, I should maintain my respect instead of my convince.
