Reliance Fresh — complaint number - 2473960 | |||
I have made the transaction on the 26-May-2019 at Reliance Frsh, Udupi. I had initially tried making the payment of 5067.52 INR via google pay which took sometime and later it got failed. I experienced the same issue the second time and declined the transaction. Finally i made the payment via my debit card belonging to another bank which was successful but the amount had deducted 3 times (twice via google pay and once via debit card). I have incurred a loss of 10135.04 INR and i had got the complaint raised[protected]. I have been following up multiple times but to no avail. i get no update from the backend team despite following with the customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
