Reliance Fresh — complaint regarding social distancing rule during covid-19 and security staff behavior

I had an awful experience on the[protected] during covid-19 pandemic. I and my neighbor were at the reliance fresh at 7:30 am morning, before entering the shop i asked the security is the shop open or not? The security name : rama chadda told me, yes it is open — me and my neighbor entered and started shopping, with-in 5 minutes me and my neighbor saw at least more than 20 people entered and as per the govt. Rules for pandemic people needs to maintain 'social distancing' in this small super market the security personnel shouldn't allow more than 5 people... But they already did and at the entrance there was 3 security man was there... It was really surprising that as per the govt. Law how they let people enter and after that they came inside with the mic and announcing people to maintain the 'social distance' suddenly the security rama chadda was rude to to me & said that, i'm roaming in the store i must get out then there... It was a shock for me though my neighbor were doing shopping — i replied that i'm still doing shopping and i'll be finishing soon, the security started misbehaving with me and rudely telling get out from the store — then replied back to him why he allowed these many person which is more than 20 people and asking to spend time for 10 min to finish the shopping — this is really un-imaginable and rudeness, it seems they don't follow the specified rules and mis-behaving with the people to finish their shopping in 10 min, who can do shopping like this??? Well i asked the security to call the floor supervisor o store manager, he said, he don't know — then anyway me and my neighbor finished shopping and at the exit that security 'rama chadda' started again mis-behaving and telling me that i've spent more than 20 min inside — then i replied him that this is too much & be your limits and i'm going to call the police, that security 'rama chadda' very cheerfully telling me that call the police and even he is going to do the same — i called to the s. R. Nagar police station and from the station the police officer told me to visit the station — while i'm getting down from the stairs other 2 police officers came to the reliance fresh in which that security 'rama chadda' called them — well another awful thing is one of the police officer was very very rude and didn't give me chance to explain about the matter — it was unexpected the behavior of the police even more worst, who are serving public safety — well i told no worries i'm going to visit s. R. Nagar police station and lodge complain... I request to the people should not visit such kind of store in where there is no proper management, no presence of a manager or any senior person, and off-course people don't know behavior... Even the store is not hygiene — floors are dirty, foodstuff is not maintained, very poor quality products, no-air conditioning, mostly vegetables are rotten — i'll never ever visit this particular reliance fresh supermarket and neither recommend anyone in my family and acquaintances... I'm going to lodge to the consumer forum and all other legal steps.

But unfortunately, this is really serious now and I was humiliated completely.today with the store manager and that particular security person.
I am raising my complaint again, because of the inappropriate misbehavior of the Store Manager and the same security person again.
Today,[protected] around 7:30 am I was in the queue and waiting to get inside the store, but what happened today was unbelievable...while I was in the queue, that security person informed the store manager and pointed out towards me that I was the person, who complained previously,
Suddenly, the store manager, he came to me started talking with me in a rude way, the store manager was talking with me in the local language (Telegu), I told him in a polite way, listen I don't understand Telegu, I understand Hindi or English, then from the queue, another customer told me that the store manager was asking you that I made any complaint and what's my problem, while when I said to the manager is he can speak in Hindi or English, then he said 'yes' he can speak in Hindi, then he simply started arguing with me what's my problem, I asked him that on[protected] when the misbehaving incident happened, when I asked about the supervisor or Store manager to the staff, they told none of them are available at the moment, then the Store manager he said, he was there in the store, I asked him, then why you didn't come at the spot when this incident occured, he said he was busy and no one informed him, then I told the store manager, that if you are a manager then you must know how to handle a customer quiery and the satisfaction of the customer, he replied what you want to do, do it, nothing will happen to me neither to the store. then I replied to him, he doesn't deserve to be a store manager, he even can't speak English and the behavior like slum area people. I told him, the experience I had from the store and being a customer I made a complaint to Reliance Company and I told him to stop conversation with me, I don't want to argue with him further, then with the security, he went inside the store and when I entered both of them were watching me like a criminal, I spent only 5 min in the store and while coming out again they called the police and the police asked us to go to the police station and to meet the inspector who is in charge, well in the police station they made a false complaint and allegation against me that I'm harassing them and after[protected] incident, I visited 3 more times to the store, I believe in the store there is camera surveillance and which is in operation until shops get closed.

I am requesting to the HR department and the Customer care department must take necessary action immediately because, in the Police station, they wrote in their complaint about the false allegation about me and how is it possible that Police in charge receiving what's app messages while I was the Police station regarding me that I'm harassing them  ...this really funny while I'm in the Police station and they are sending what's app messages, but not least, I spent the whole day and my day was wasted because of these mess from the Reliance Fresh 'Store Manager and Security Person'I am dissatisfied with the misbehavior as well as for the false allegations against me.I cannot imagine what kind of people are working in such a multi-millionaire fortune company.
I am really sorry to say this, that I'm going to write and forward all the e-mail conversation till date to Mr. Mukesh Ambani.
