Reliance Fresh — debit card swiped but bill not generated however paid in cash

I did purchase for 424.76 with reliance fresh and first make payment through debit card by swiping it but bill was not generated on the counter of reliance fresh so they said to pay in cash. I make payment than in cash also.
But other side my baroda account was debited by same amount...
In short i have paid two times of rs 424.76...
When i informed to reliance fresh they ensured me that they have not received the amount...
When i inquired with my bank (Bob) i found that amount has been sent to reliance fresh account...
Need your intervention to resolve...
