This store swiped my SBI Debit card twice for One shopping of groceries on 28/10/2016. When I checked my SBI SB a/c I found a sum of Rs.1133-50 was deducted twice from a/c. I reported the matter to Mr. Manooj (Tel:[protected]) on 29/10/2016 and he assured me that the problem will be checked and solved within 10minutes. Since then I called him several times with no answer. I have shown the Bank pass book evidence of double debits . Such occurrences of double debits cannot be anything other than fraud. It is nearly 13 days without any response. I request the concerned authorities to do the needful to re remit my money Rs.1133-50 forthwith. Was this information helpful? | |||
