Reliance Fresh — delivery issue

Dear sir/madam
I have purchased Grocery items amounting to Rs. 5721.74/-(paid) from Reliance market (madhyamgram) having code 3290 on 13/08/2018(F/N) which is supposed to be delivered to my residence before 3 days. But i have not received the same till today i. e. 16/08/2018.
In this connection i would like to inform you that RM Madhyamgram(3290) didn't gave me any bill regarding this purchase. The delivery-freight cash receipt(No. 616) which i had received on 13/08/2018 is attached h/w for further n/a at your end pls. Hope for the earliest resolution of my grievance pls.
