Ril backend team seems very poor in identifying the payment gateway responses and approve/reject status from the gateway to their accounts. Still they are unable to reply my query properly on my double swipe issue on july 11, 2018 in store id_ 2977 at old alwal.
Please let me know the escalation procedure/details to backend team or senior management.. Really wondering this much big organization [ril] is not capable to track the failure transaction and credit back to customers who are waiting since last one month.
Bank team confirmed their payment with port and other success details.. But ril is unable to accept or reject with proper gateway details to track back with bank team..
