Reliance Fresh — double transaction of rs 567.40 on sep 30, 2017 at 11:38 am | |||
I have been charged twice for a bill of rs 567.40, one by paytm and other by credit card. One my paytm transaction failed, i paid the same amount by credit card; however, to my surprise, my paytm account was already charged and the amount was deducted. Please find attached the transaction proofs for your consumption. I have already connected the local store manager (Vijay chaurasia & dada patil) twice and called him many times. Butd he has not done anything for me. It has been pending for more than 9 days and i am yet to get the refund in paytm. Was this information helpful? | |||
