Reliance Fresh — gillette mach3 cartridge and yogurt | |||||
I am t s vasu, male 53 years of age live in kolkata. Very regular buyer from your reliance fresh store in new town rajarhut kolkata (700 156 is the pin code). 1. On sunday the 25th feb i bought gillette cartridge priced at rs. 352/- (Hsn 8212). This was the only cartridge available in the store on that day and i specifically asked the counter sales person that i this will fit with gillette fusion razor. He acknowledged affirmatively and hence i billed. There was no other cartridge available in the store then (At least on display near check out). But unfortunately it is not compatible to fusion razor. What do it do? 2. On the same day i purchased the only youghat brand sold in your store (Hsn040310) normally i buy strawberry flavour and or black current flavor. I dont like the natural flavor. But on the said day, since there was nothing else available knowingly i bought this flavour. I usually buy it for benefit of the prodcut. Unfortunately the said item (Numbers) were due for expiry on that day itself and when i opened and started eating i could clearly feel that the puffed pack was tasting sour! I thru and tried the 2nd one and that too was tasting bad. Fyi, on that day i bought yakult, mother dairy's dhahi and thier mishti dhahi. All of these were/ are good. Bill number for the transaction is 110 dated 25 02 18 17.55.47 hours. My phone number is[protected]Your bill is showing incorrect number!). I am writing this expecting just a reply. I dont expect neither replacement of cartridge or the youghat. This stems from my past experience of reliance fresh in chennai (Arya gowda road west mambalam branch). I purchased tur daal on 20th Feb and when I opened the packet at home I found insects in it. This product claimed to be organic but seems to be very deplorable in quality. Please compensate me with the cost of this product.
