JUST SEND SOMEONE UNDERCOVER AS A SHOPPER AND YOU WILL SEE THE PROBLEM STARTING FROM COVID GUIDELINES TO HYGIENE AND MISMANAGEMENT. Rotting vegetable smells are there in vegetable section, staff half wear masks other half dont . It used to be a good place for groceries until August 2020 where everything was like typical supermarket chain with nice and orderly shelves. But now everything changed the milk is kept at entrance where dosa batter is kept and milk fridge is not working and extra milk kept in shopping carts and kept outside in warm conditions. The shelves are no longer kept properly in place of snacks they keep pickles in between and rice bags and not even stacked just dumbed in a corner and I even saw rats near the area where grains section where everything is placed randomly with blocked areas. SPOILED MILK OF 3 WEEKS IS SEEN IN REFRIGERATORS I COMPLAINED THEY TOOK IT OUT THEN ONLY. AC not working since October and no ventilation except entrance and exit doors.
They don't allow to take pictures now. I tried they forced me to delete them.
