Reliance Fresh — i lost my old reliance membership card. i want to transfer my old card points to my new reliance membership card

I have two reliance membership cards for my two phone numbers. Recently i lost one of my two cards. I want to transfer reliance one points of that lost card to my current reliance one card.
I want to transfer points of [protected] this card to [protected] card.
I hope my request will get resolved as soon as possible...
