I purchased fruits from villivakam reliance fresh
189.18
First i used axis debit card money debited
But shop person tells error occured
Again swipe i gave syndicate card that amount also deducted
But axis monet not refunded till date

I shown my transsaction statement
But supervisor very lasy in response

New lady staff invoved in work she don't no any thing about debit card swiping operation
Purely supervisor irresponsibility

Their staff response very poor today

But till date 30 complaints resolved

Conserns are least bother about customers

Like this 2 times money taking
And not refund money reflects careless

New employees without training engaging in work is supervisor in efficiency

Return of sales goods not allowed in relaince its very bad practice
If any damage or any expired
Product u need to take back instead refusing
