Reliance Fresh — Poor customer service in reliance smart miryalguda | |||
1. they are blocking trolleys for arranging good in the racks. but they never do that. Half of the trolleys are blocked by service personals itself. so we had to hold items in hand and roam all over the store. As we cant hold many items, we had to choose items which are very important and stop buying less important products. this many spoke to manager but he insists that due to lockdown there is high rush. but it is not true. i can see atleast 20 trolleys blocked by service personals. 2. this store is never neat and clean. there will always be many goods which are to be sorted in racks will be lying on the floor. please check CC cameras in store for proof. 3. They don't help and also won't let us pack goods right after billing. they make us to go out of the store and pack goods outside the gate. This is the lame thing which I didn't see in any store. if you don't have trust on the customer, use two gates for entry and exit separately. IF YOU FEEL THERE IS RULE THAT WE SHOULD NOT PACK GOODS. THEN PLEASE MAKE A POSTER AND PASTE IT IN THE STORE, SO THAT WE WILL BE MENTALLY PREPARED FOR THAT please remember if you neglect customer when your store is top seller. customer will remember and neglect you when stores like dmart comes to the town, which is about to open in the town Was this information helpful? | |||
