Reliance Fresh — promo offers are not honored | |||
I visited reliance fresh store on jan 01' 2020. I noticed a promo offer for harpic for rs. 156. Post billing i noticed that the product has been billed rs. 198. When i inquired the staff they checked and said, the product cannot be sold @ 156 and i have to pay 198. When i refused to buy the product @ 198, the staff was prompt in giving a refund. So thanks for that. The issues are: 1. Had i not noticed the product amount on the bill, i would have ended up paying more. So no trust in the system. You cannot show something and take something else. This is cheating 2. Reliance is not honoring their own promos. I cannot use the price comparison to see what products i shall buy.
