Reliance Fresh — Purchase of movie ticket on shopping of 999

I had purchase two movie ticket of cine awaz at rs 69 after shopping of 999. I went to site of cine awaz and they issue a75a531f0 on 25th jnauary 2016 but never issued any ticket. I visited reliance fresh store karol bagh . the manager promised he will sort out the issue. afterward I visited five time but the issue was not resolved. this way reliance has cheated the customers.
