With reference to above subject would like to bring to your notice that the i am the one of old customer related with your organisation since your inception, but while making payment at one of your outlet at rajarajeswari nagar, bangalore on 02/07/2013, two times through two different debit cards payment had been made and the details are below,

In view of the above and considering long business relationship i would like to request you to please kindly look into matter and refund the amount.
