The complaint is about reliance fresh, d-1/3, acharya niketan, mayur vihar phase-1, delhi - 110091, where i was purchasing some products and in counter the employee first even after giving the credit card took the bill out as cash. He asked for cash for which i gave a prompt response of credit card. He put aside my card and entertaining other customers. For which i was told only to pay cash as bill was out and they said you cant move out without paying.. I would like to know why i was restricted not to go out and why did they forced me to pay cash when credit card was alrdy given. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was sent a coupon code on my mobile no [protected]. But when I approached h the counter it's not being accepted and manager also logged complaint.i am waiting for half an hour in the store . This is not acceptable as a customer. I would like the manager to be able to resolve this instead of waiting g an hour for just rs 100

Money got deducted twice as the first payment was not successful and I have to pay second time from my debit card.So the excess payment of the first time is not refunded.So kindly do in to the matter and oblige me.
