Reliance Fresh — reliance fresh out-unprofessional service-billed twice

Around 2 days back i visited reliance fresh at central avenue, unishire victory, 2nd main road, palace guttahalli, bangalore 560025 on dated 05.08.2018 to purchase items (Date:05.08.2018, 17:55:05, cashier:60278022, store:3217, payment refere no#[protected] and amount in rs.1949.98. While billing, a new untrained with out any uniform girl, billed the item. I have clearly told my mobile number twice to add in the bill to redeem points. Once i came to know the amount, i gave citi bank credit card for payment & i received the message for the amount deducted. However, i have not received the bill from credit card machine and they informed, it will reverse with in 24 hours and again swiped my card and payment had been made. After reaching my home, i have given the complaint to citi bank customer care and they informed they will look in to it. When i checked my bill, i observed there is no mention of my mobile number in the bill. Once again i have to go back to reliance above address out let and they informed they will add the number to that bill (They have taken photo of the bill) next day and in this respect to this they informed that, they will call me (Taken my number). However, they have not called me and i am not sure, they have done the same.
My observations are below:
1) when i checked the citi bank credit card my account, the amount deducted is still not reversed even after 24 hours.
2) in our most of the reliance fresh out let, they keep untrained people for billing and they tend to make mistake and make customer's life miserable.
3) your above reliance fresh out let manager only spoken to me nicely and taken any action till now (Not called me and i am not sure he added my mobile number in the bill)

So, i am totally unhappy about your system and i need your immediate action on this.
