The repeated cancellation of successive pre-paid online order IDs[protected]M and[protected]M (placed yesterday night) without giving any reason or rationale, though the items are available in the online store are causing inconvenience to loyal customers like me and thus, has certainly created a dent in the credibility of the online ordering process of Reliance Fresh. Could you kindly a) investigate the same and get back with the proper reason for the cancellation and b) provide me with the mail ID of the escalation manager toto take this further forward for investigation of this customer complaint, if not able to resolve at this level.
