[Resolved]  Reliance Fresh — rude behavior by delivery man

Amidst the covid-19 outbreak, where people are trying to avoid physical touch or coming in close contact with the others, there are some who are acting rudely and treating unjustly. Recently, i had a delivery from a reliance fresh store, where we told the delivery boy that one of the ashirvaad atta packet is torn and is pouring out of it, so we refused to collect it. The delivery boy said that atta is for eating only, why care whether the packet is torn or not, and was hesitant against us not taking it. Also, at the time of payment, when people in the corona outbreak are trying to avoid physical hand-in-hand payment to mitigate safety against any kind of health issue, this delivery man refuses to take the money that is being kept at a place distant from us from where he can pick it up. And claims that we are trying to be unjust towards him by not giving him money in his hand directly. He didn't understand the situation that we all are in and finally states that he won't take deliveries at our place, even when he is the one in-charge of delivering the products in our area. This is the most disrespectful and rude behavior we have seen so far from the delivery boys and we are unhappy with this kind of service.
