Reliance Fresh — Staff behaviour at reliance fresh
I have been regularly shopping at your Medavakkam branch. The staff behaviour is normally good but for a girl whose behaviour certainly is not customer friendly. On 29.1.2021, when I presented my VISA card for bill payment saying to use with Wi-Fi, she deliberately made the billing payment failed and asked for PIN. I have not used the PIN option for quite some time but instead resorting to Wi-Fi mode for payments. Therefore I could not successfully enter the PIN and the transaction became failure. She left my billing and took to the next customer and refused to do billing of my groceries . It is worth mentioning I have been using the same card at your branch regularly. Had it been due to technical reasons, the failure can be justified. But I am sure the failure of the transaction was deliberately done by the lady staff. She had been careless and unresponsive on earlier occasions too. The store supervisor's response is very unsatisfactory generally. Since I couldn't get her name, I attach the photo for your early action please .
