Reliance Fresh — worst behaviour of support executive | |||
We have brought a panner for couple of days ago from chinmaya nagar reliance fresh. We have tried to cook it day later noticed that it was spoiler and unable to use it. Later i've realised and reach out the store get this short out... Once i reach and approached them, they were rude.. And they have insisted me it was not got replaced with out bill... Unfortunately i've lost it at that time of leaving... Even i'm using my registered mobile during bill so i've requested them for duplicate bill since the bar code was not teared from the package. But the store service men not even ready to listen... And so arrogant.. I was so embarrassed at that situation... And after a long fight they took duplicate bill and got replaced. Take pledge to not visit the store again.. Was this information helpful? | |||
