I Purchase Car from Mg Motor india Gorakhpur With Vichile no- UP53EM5323 and MG motor have insured my car under Relince general insurance. last 3 month ago my car got damage and i have claim insurance with zero depth and insurance company and Mg Motor Gorakhpur after varification the deside my car under total lost and they told me amount will refund which is Ex Showroom Price and now after 3 month they denide for refundeble and they told me only for repairing, they are hiding from me there is no transperency. i have attached conversation from relience and mg motor.kindly see the detail below of conern person of MG motor and Relience general insurance.
