Sir/maam, I reshma biswakarma resident of sikkim, work in nhidcl as a sit e engineer grade - ii, would like to inform you that i have renewed a insurance of my vehicle ecosport ford titanium on 19.02.2020 of rs.30, 911/-. 2. On 27 05.2020 i met an accident at tadong metro gangtok sikkim and due to heavy rainfall. 3. On 28.05.2020 i have given my vehicle to sharsford ranka road for repair. 4. Inorder to get the insurance for my vehicle i have contacted reliance insurance agencies mr. Subrata roy, he has collected all the information but he did not behaved nicely to customer, eeven he did not coordinate with the person from workshop. 5. Estimate was sent to him from workshop and by me also but he has canceled most of the parts which was already damaged. Due to covid-19 he could not able to come but he has supposed to do survey with the help of third party but he did not. 6. Considering his carelessness and misbehavior towards customer, in coming future relinace insurance will loos marketing. 7. Now the vehicle has been repaired and the estimate of rs 65, 000 was made, copy of bill was already sent to mr. Subrata roy. 8. Considering the above mentioned facts you are requested to do a needful. 9. And also. After seeing the behavior of agency, i will not do further insurance from reliance.
