Date of accident 14th December
Description of event:- while coming out of our residential complex another person came in front of my. scooter to save him scooter fell down, No one was hurt but scooter got damage.
Problem and Solution - we waited long to get the job done via insurance company but they just wasted our time, surveyor doesn't respond nor he comes to see the damage and approve the estimation. When we call company they just listen and say sorry give one complain number.
So finally we paid from our pocket.
We never imagined having such a bad experience with Reliance General Insurance when it came to our scooter. We followed all of the formalities provided by the Reliance insurance agent's instructions, and it was in workshop for 15 days. After a few days, they said I only need to call, so we completed all of the necessary paperwork and filled out the claim form, but we have received no response till date, and when we called the workshop, we were told that the Surveyor had not arrived.
The bill was over 8000 rupees, so we had no choice but to pay it out of our own pocket. We can't wait any longer because it's affecting our day-to-day work.
But, in the future, neither I nor anyone I know will take Reliance Insurance.
Its was Harassment for us.
