Reliance General Insurance — Not Responding on emails

We have our home loan insurance from Reliance General Insurance.
Due to the death of the Primary applicant reliance general insurance is liable to pay to the Finance Company.

They are every time asking me to submit the documents which I have done so many times.

Not sharing the status of the claim. Number of emails and telephonic conversations have been done.

Please if you can help in this matter, would be great.
