I filled a travel claim in the month of march. First, they asked me to submit all my documents. I posted on my docs on 21st of march. Due to lockdown, the offices got closed and when i tried following up. They told me to email all my documents. After emailing the docs, it’s been more 3 months i have been following up with there team but whenever i call the customer support team says that we have received all your docs but the claim has not received it. You have to resend the docs. It’s been more than 10times i have send my documents copy but the claim team has still not resolved my claim. Instead they tell me to wait for 3 days, 7 days but nothing happens eventually. The customer support team just says that we are escalating your claim but nothing happens. This is pathetic. Worst insurance service i have ever received. Please refund the customers money because that why they buy your insurance for.
