Dear Sir , Policy Holder Name : Madhukar Sonu Parwe Policy No : [protected] Claim No: [protected]s Just i talked with Mr. Abhishek, Customer care of RGICL at evening 16.10 hrs, Again, He asked about covid posit report, pan card, aadhar card, cancelled cheque not received, Given our mail detail on 20.04.21, we have send by regt post and after checking mail, he confirmed that documents are already received by them, now he will process the same to further deptt and said wait for 7 days to settle the issue, Send 9 emails for reminder from Email ID : [protected]@gmail.com, But no action so far You are requested to look in this matter to settled the same at the earliest Station : Ahmedabad Date 05.07.21 Signature Madhukar Parwe Was this information helpful? | |||
