[Resolved] Reliance General Insurance — voltas ac | |||
My voltas ac is in insurance from reliance resq . I made a complaint on june 9 vide request no [protected]. Earlier i made a complaint on 6 june executive came and he said that touch panel is not working properly (PCB) but somehow he started the ac by using putting the xray sheet but very next day again Ac stops working then i made again then i again made a complaint on 9 June. The technician has not came till today despite daily complaints to customer care . I use to call them daily at 5-6 times but all in vein . Your company policy is to send technician max.by 72 hours but now its been 8 days. I've been assured daily that technician will come tomorrow but nobody has come till now .As i have paid insurance amount but no services are given yesterday evening I called technician from urbanclap then he checked the ac and he said PCB IS NOT WORKING. I waited today afternoon and then got repaired from outside so i would request you to refund my policy amount as if you can not provide the services you should not take the money Was this information helpful? | |||
