[Resolved] Reliance Gsm — Unsatisfactory Complaint Redressal | |||||
Faulty no:[protected] Alternate No: [protected] Complaint No:[protected]Sep-2015 I raised 4 complaints in DOT. Latest being DOTEL/E/2015/38395 Date: 16 Oct 2015 Basic bill plan PPS49, Credit limit: Rs1900/= Working Netconnect plan of 2.5GB (RNC_2.5GB_99). I get monthly 2.5GB 2G data free. Ending August 2015 my no got barred. After that i got calls from customer care that you have exceeded credit limit and you have been charged Rs 2500 as usage, hence we have barred your number. Service can be resumed if you change your bill plan from existing Rs 49/= To Rs 500 per month. Doing this we will waive off the charges. They also said: if you reject this offer, calling customer care later will not help. I called Customer care, they told me about credit limit exceeding and charges. It was a surprising. Credit limit is Rs 1900. How is the usage as Rs 2500. Ideally the number should have been barred at 90% of Rs 1900/= When the bill was generated, i came to know that i have exceeded the data limit of 2.5 GB. Again i got surprised. Reliance always used to inform me before exceeding the allocated free data. I was not informed that i have used 90% of the allocated free data. I complained about all this but no solution. Now whenever i complain, i am being harassed and threatened. And the latest threat to me by nodal office j&k was that i will book FIR against you if you call me again. Reliance deceive their customers by gimmicks and later force them and harass them for bill payments. The number is still barred and i want justice. I fail to understand: 1. Why was number allowed to work beyond credit limit. 2. Like other days Why i was not informed about the complete data consumption. 3. Why calls from customer care that if you change the plan from 49 to 500, all charges will be waived off. Sir in my home we are using 4 Postpaid nos of reliance GSM from past 4 or 5 years. I have purchased GSM sim of reliance at 3-Nov-15 in which I got 60 Rs balance but after 4 days 45 Rs balance has been deducted automatically.
I have tried lots of time to contact customer care but whenever call is transferred to the customer care executive nobody picked up my call.
I am totally fed up from your service.Please do the needful ASAP and resolve my issue.
