Reliance Independent TV — reliance independent d2h not working from last 20 days
This is with reference of complaint workorder no 1692711, and customer id [protected], which i have raised on 15th april regarding an error -6 due to which my connection was not working.
Initially when i have raised the complaint customer support executive told me that technician will visit with in 24 to 48 hrs so i waited almost 4 days but no one visit.
Then i called customer care and they assured me that they are raising the complaint on priority basis and said that issue will be resolve soon.
Again i waited for 2 days but there was no response.
Now everyday i am calling customer care and they are telling me the same line that wait for 24 hrs and technician will visit.
I talked to senior arun kumar srivastava on 30th april and he assured me 100 percent that technician will visit with in 24 hrs but no one visit.
Again i called today i. E on 1st may and akhilesh told me the same story and deny to transfer the call to senior and speaking very rudely and threatening me that he will disconnect the call.
Is this the sevice you are providing.
Your customer care experience is very pathetic and dont even bother to call back if call get disconnected. Never expected such poor services from big brand like reliance independent tv
