Dear Team,

My mobile no [protected] is suddenly close from 12th March 10.30 pm

Still is not working 14th March 23.30 pm
48 hr my mobil no suddenly close and recharge required
I have recharge on 14 th Feb for rs 666.00 for 84 days.

I have several times contact to jio customer care still issue is not resolved
Customer care executive says " i am not helping to you write now"

WHY customer care start ???
