I purchased a m2 wireless router from Reliance retail ltd online against my order no JEF17557729 and their invoice no. JKAR[protected] dated 8-7-2020 for rs 2098. This item is received by me[protected] & i purchased a new SIM No. [protected] on[protected] and got it activated thru their customer care. but the router did not connect to the network and was showing red signal. then i tool the same to JIO customer service center in Modinagar ( Ghaziabad U.P. after checking the router they told me that the mother board of the router is damaged and i have to pay rs 2098 for repair of the same. Since the piece is under warranty and they are supposed to replace the same or repair the same free of cost. They refused to repair or replace the same saying that the damage is caused by me.
I also spoke to various people in their customer care department and no one is able to help me on the same and finally they reefused to replace or repair the same.
i request you to kinldy help me get the refund or the replacement immediately.
