[Resolved] Reliance Industries Limited — loss of physical share certificates on issue of dupli | |||
I am holding 160 equity shares in relaince industries limited which have been lost under the name of kusum ramani. The company has responded to my previous complaint and provided with procedure for issue of duplicate but they are not replying regarding its issue in demat or physical format. Moreover they have said abt lodging of fir along with other things like indemnity surety etc which are done but police did not give me general dairy number on f.i.r but they have sealed and signed it. Will non provision of dairy number impact the entire process of issue of duplicate shares. Moreover many of my past dividends remain unpaid. Plz help Was this information helpful? | |||
