Madam/Sir,
I am a customer of your valued company. Today I went to Reliance Store, Beltola, Guwahati for shopping of my daily needs. At the time of billing one of your billing person whose Name as per her ID card is Mompia Tamuli (QS2296964) behaved me very badly. I have chosen a rice product to purchase where price was mentioned as Rs. 400.00 but at the time of billing it shows Rs. 469.00 that's why that billing girl told me that you could not buy this product and she ordered me to take back to the orginal place from where I bring it to her. Then I argued with her that this your fault then why should I placed it to its original place asked some of your staff to do so. Then at the time of payment she asked me to put my card password in POS terminal. Because of the distance I asked her to use contactless feature of the machine then again she refused to do so and she shouted at me as 'stupid'. Then I make a complain to her senior regarding this than again she started arguing with me.
If your staff behaves like this with your customer than why should we go to your store. I request you to kindly teach some manners to your staff so that they will behave politely with your customers.
