I have my order[protected]w dates 27th may for the grossary from reliance jio mart to be delivered at flat 203, happy home housing society, maharana pratap road, pardeshi aali, panvel. 410206.
On 28th may i have received the phone call and the delivery boy asked to come up to the vehicle outside the society. I told him that i have health problem and could not lift the heavy items and if you can not deliver at doorstep.. Then at least just help to keep the heavy items upto the lift at ground floor and then i will manage. But the delivery person rejects the request and told that i should take the delivery at the vehicle only and then delivery boy asked to cancel the delivery and vehicle left without delivery of any single item.
Immediately i write an email to reliance jio mart customer care and inform all the incidence and request for complete refund of 2134.50 rs. But i have not get any reply from reliance jio mart. Further i forwarded the email two times to reliance jio mart authority and also to reliance corporate email is [protected]@ril.com.
As the entire delivery against said order number[protected]w has not been done, i request for complete refund. But i have received message from reliance jio mart that only 309.04 rs will be refunded against total paid amount of 2134.50 rs which is attached herewith.
What is this going on.. Reliance should refund full amount of 2134.50 as there was no any delivery of items done.
Waiting for necessary action from your side and arrange refund of 2134.50 that is complete ordered paid amount.
