Reliance Industries — purchase refrigerator but not yet received | |||
Dear team, Regret to inform, till now i didn't receive any update as well as my product delivery information. I really had bad and worst experience shopping with reliance I have lots of disappointment with you as mentioned below: 1. As message received for delivery of product on 06/11/18 in between 10:00 hrs to 22:00hrs (Image attached) till now i am approaching to all but no one responding correct answer whether customer care, store incharge or area sales manager. 2. Customere care gave me wrong number of store from where i purchased the product i. E. [protected] (Neerupama complex) where i called n number of times and spoil my time by calling. 3. Customer care persons are not educated and well known to the process as they provided me information for the movement of my product afterwards which make me impatience and tensed about the product not delivered. Request you to kindly transfer back my money in my axis bank account as now i am not interest to take samsung refrigerator 345l 5 in 1 as you spoiled my diwali and my surprise for my family. Highly disappointed by the service and response with reliance. Never ever going to shop anything from here. Was this information helpful? | |||
