I had registered my compliant with Jio for the charges that were made against my number mentioned above. I had taken a basic plan on the JIO with which my bill was always generated for a month was only 280 rupees. I use these services only as back up for my official purpose. One day around may 5th the services were disconnected without any intimation. Post which on 7th of May i called up to their customer care to understand on the reason on why it was disconnected for which i was told that my bill has exceed the credit limit which is around 738 rupees. I did try explaining them that i had not used their services as i did not have a chance to work / connect to JIO and also this is password protected where others cannot connect. I do not use any other devices to connect to this WIFI (JIO) as mentioned this was my back up services and never paid more than 280 as i had hardly used being secondary connection.
1. From 7th of May the Jio customer care is still not found any explanation on why was it over charged nor have any evidences for usage.
2. There was no intimation on the disconnection or Over usage ( if this was really used).
3. They aren't sure on how this is been charged to me and still not found a resolution on over charges and unable to explain on the usage.
4. Each time i reach them there is a copy paste email sent to me that they will revert in 48 hours from 7th May.
5. i have nearly written 7 to 8 follow up emails for which there is only response that they are looking into and will revert in 48 hours.
6. Today received a message again that i have to make payments else interest keeps adding.
7. Their help line number is not reachable.
I need to raise a complaint for :
a. Over charging and when reached for explanation on billing no clarity provided.
b. Disconnected services without any prior information causing inconvenience though they had my number to reach. .
c. Though multiple emails are sent there is no proper resolution / response ( can provide all emails if necessary).
d. They failed to keep up their 48 hours TAT ( SLA) to return to my complaint.
e. Executives are not trained in handling customer or respond to customer queries.
f. Frequently billing though their servies were disconnected and compliant was raised. This is very annoying as i have never been a defaulter in payments.
